1. About SiteFueler and acceptance

SiteFueler is the trade name under which Dhanush R S carries on business as a sole proprietor in India, with a correspondence address in Kumbra, Puttur Taluk, Dakshina Kannada District, Karnataka, India – 574210 (“SiteFueler”, “we”, “us” or “our”). SiteFueler is not presently incorporated as a company, LLP or partnership.

By using the website, creating an account, placing an order, submitting content, or agreeing to a proposal for services, you agree to the terms applicable to that activity. If you do not agree, do not create an account, purchase a product or use a restricted feature. Browsing publicly available material is also subject to the provisions that reasonably apply to visitors, including intellectual-property and acceptable-use rules.

2. Related documents and order of priority

These Terms incorporate the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Digital Product License, Acceptable Use Policy and Disclaimer. Professional work is additionally governed by the Professional Services Terms and the accepted proposal or statement of work.

For a professional project, the documents control in this order unless expressly agreed otherwise: signed project-specific agreement or statement of work; accepted proposal; data-processing terms where applicable; Professional Services Terms; then these general Terms. Mandatory law always prevails where it cannot be varied by contract.

3. Eligibility and users under 18

Public content may be browsed by users of different ages. You must be at least 18 and legally capable of contracting to independently create or control a purchasing account, place a paid order, or commission professional services.

If a person under 18 wishes to obtain a paid product or service, a parent or legal guardian must create or control the account, make and supervise the transaction, review these Terms and provide any legally required permission. The adult is responsible for the purchase, account and supervised use. SiteFueler may cancel an order or restrict an account if age or authority requirements are not satisfied.

4. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate, current information; keep account credentials confidential; use the account only as authorized; and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions performed through your account unless caused by SiteFueler’s breach of a non-excludable duty.

Social login, if offered, connects the SiteFueler account to Google or GitHub. Your use of that provider remains subject to its own terms. We may require email verification, re-authentication or additional transaction verification to protect an account or order. Accounts may not be sold, shared to bypass product rights, or used to obtain another customer’s data.

5. Website content and free tools

SiteFueler provides tutorials, articles, snippets, calculators, generators, demos and resources for general informational and practical use. Unless expressly stated, free access does not create a professional-client relationship, support entitlement or promise of a particular result.

Browser-based tool input is intended to remain on your device, but you remain responsible for lawful input, reviewing output, maintaining backups and testing any generated code or configuration in a safe environment. Do not upload confidential credentials, unlawfully obtained material or data you are not authorized to process. The Disclaimer explains important technical limitations.

6. Products, descriptions and compatibility

Paid products may include premium website templates and individual design components such as headers, footers, cards and similar downloadable files. Each product page should describe included files, intended software or builder, known requirements, available preview, documentation and any included support or updates.

Images, text, brands or third-party materials shown in a demo may be illustrative and may not be included unless the listing says they are. Minor visual differences caused by browser, WordPress, theme, plugin, font, hosting or software versions do not necessarily make a product defective. You must review compatibility information and ask questions before purchase if a requirement is important.

7. Prices, currencies, taxes and coupons

Prices are displayed in the supported currency and may differ by currency, promotion or region. SiteFueler is not currently registered for GST and does not separately collect GST as an Indian GST-registered supplier. We may change tax treatment and invoice disclosures if registration or another collection duty becomes applicable. A purchaser remains responsible for taxes or reporting legally imposed directly on the purchaser, without limiting duties that law places on SiteFueler.

A coupon must be used in accordance with its published conditions, validity, currency, product and account limits. Coupons have no cash value, cannot be combined unless allowed, and may be withdrawn or rejected where expired, abused, obtained unlawfully or affected by an obvious pricing error.

8. Orders and contract formation

Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt confirms that we received the order; acceptance occurs when payment is successfully confirmed and the product is made available, unless we expressly accept earlier. We may reject, refund or cancel an order affected by fraud, sanctions, payment failure, technical error, incorrect pricing, legal restriction or unavailability.

You must review the product, total price, currency, billing details, refund conditions, license and delivery method before submitting the order. Keep the receipt and download information. We may preserve the accepted policy version, timestamp, order and security evidence.

9. Payments

Payments are processed through PayPal for supported international transactions and PhonePe for supported Indian transactions. Availability depends on provider, currency, country and technical support. Additional providers may be introduced and disclosed.

Payment providers process card, bank, wallet or other financial credentials under their own terms and privacy practices. SiteFueler does not intentionally store complete card or online-banking credentials. We may store transaction identifiers, amount, currency, status, provider responses and webhook records to fulfil orders, issue refunds, prevent fraud and maintain accounts.

You authorize the selected provider and SiteFueler to process the transaction. Do not initiate an improper chargeback. Contact support first so we can investigate a genuine delivery or billing issue; this does not remove any lawful chargeback right.

10. Digital delivery and access

A purchased product is normally delivered through the account, a time-limited or signed download link, email notice or another method shown at checkout. Delivery occurs when access is made available, even if you choose not to download immediately. Download limits or expiry periods will be shown where they apply.

You are responsible for downloading and safely backing up the files during the access period. Contact help@sitefueler.com promptly if the correct product is not available. SiteFueler may replace a link or file after verifying the order and entitlement.

If consumer law requires express consent before immediate digital supply and acknowledgment that a withdrawal right may end once performance begins, checkout will request that consent separately. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.

11. Digital-product license

Purchase transfers no ownership in SiteFueler’s underlying product. It grants a limited license under the Digital Product License. In summary, the customer may use and adapt the purchased item on websites owned by the customer and in websites created for clients, but may not resell, redistribute, share or publish the source files as standalone products or competing resources.

No license key is currently required. The absence of a key does not remove the license restrictions. Third-party code, fonts, images or software remain subject to their respective licenses.

12. Refunds and statutory remedies

Because downloadable products can be copied immediately, a completed purchase is generally non-refundable after the product is made available. Change of mind, accidental purchase, lack of technical knowledge, failure to review details or a later finding that the product does not suit personal preferences normally does not qualify.

We will investigate a materially different product, a stated file that is missing, a corrupt or unusable package we cannot replace, or another genuine delivery error on our side. We may first provide the correct product, missing files, repair, support or replacement. The complete rules and request process are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing excludes a remedy that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.

13. Professional services

Custom services are not automatically ordered through the digital-product checkout. A customer must contact SiteFueler so that scope, price, assumptions, timeline, revisions, payment milestones and deliverables can be agreed. Unless a proposal states otherwise, most projects require approximately 50% in advance, with the balance due after approval and before final handover.

The Professional Services Terms and project documents govern cancellations, client dependencies, change requests, acceptance, ownership and third-party costs. SiteFueler does not automatically provide ongoing hosting, maintenance or support after handover unless separately agreed.

14. Reviews, comments, feedback and other content

You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant SiteFueler a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, moderate and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and improve the relevant service. This license ends when content is deleted, except for archived, legal, backup or already-shared uses that reasonably continue.

You confirm that your submission is accurate to your genuine experience, lawful, non-confidential, and does not violate another person’s rights. Do not submit personal data, malicious code, undisclosed promotions, fake reviews or copied material. We may moderate, refuse or remove content and may disclose information where law requires. Product feedback may be used without an obligation to compensate you, but we will not claim ownership of your unrelated confidential ideas.

15. Acceptable use

You must not misuse SiteFueler to break the law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, probe security without authorization, scrape at harmful scale, bypass payment/download restrictions, interfere with the service, impersonate others, collect personal information unlawfully, send spam, or upload dangerous or highly sensitive material. Detailed rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.

16. Intellectual property and brand rights

SiteFueler’s website, original text, design, graphics, branding, software, templates, components and compilation are owned by or licensed to SiteFueler and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant rights to the SiteFueler name, logo or product source files beyond the express product license.

“WordPress” and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. SiteFueler is not affiliated with or endorsed by WordPress Foundation, Automattic, a theme/plugin provider or another third party unless expressly stated. Report suspected infringement through the Copyright and Takedown Policy.

17. Third-party services

SiteFueler can link to or interoperate with hosting, WordPress, themes, plugins, APIs, payment providers, social login, YouTube, analytics, advertisers and affiliate destinations. We do not control the independent availability, prices, terms, privacy, security or future changes of those services. A third party’s failure may delay or limit a SiteFueler feature without making SiteFueler responsible for matters outside its reasonable control.

18. Availability, updates and changes

We may maintain, update, modify, suspend or discontinue a feature or free resource. We will use reasonable care not to deprive customers of an already-paid entitlement without an appropriate alternative or remedy required by law. Product updates and support are provided only for the period and scope expressly stated on the product page or order.

19. Suspension and termination

We may restrict a feature, withhold a download, suspend an account or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment failure, repeated infringement, material breach or protection of users. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be taken for serious security, illegal or harmful conduct.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to retention of transaction, tax, security, dispute and other legally necessary records. Termination does not cancel accrued payment obligations, ownership provisions, license restrictions or provisions intended to survive.

20. Disclaimers

Except for express promises and rights that law does not allow us to exclude, SiteFueler provides the website, general content and free tools on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free output, compatibility with every environment, legal compliance of generated materials, a particular search ranking, revenue, performance score or security outcome. See the Website, Tools and Content Disclaimer.

21. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteFueler is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss; lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity; or damage caused by an unsupported environment, customer modification, failure to back up, third-party service, unauthorized credentials, malware not introduced by SiteFueler, or use contrary to documentation.

For a claim connected to a paid digital product, SiteFueler’s aggregate contractual liability will not exceed the amount paid for that product. For a professional service, the applicable cap is the amount paid under the affected project during the six months preceding the event, unless the signed project agreement states another fair cap. These limits apply only to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

22. Indemnity for business misuse

If you use SiteFueler for business purposes, you will reasonably indemnify SiteFueler against a third-party claim caused by your unlawful content, infringement, malicious use, violation of another person’s privacy, or material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent the claim was caused by SiteFueler, and it does not remove non-excludable consumer rights.

23. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and related transactions are governed by the laws of India. Before filing a claim, contact admin@sitefueler.com with enough information for us to investigate and attempt a good-faith resolution.

Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction and remedies that cannot be excluded, courts of competent jurisdiction in Dakshina Kannada District, Karnataka, India will have jurisdiction. A consumer may retain a right to use another forum or consumer authority where applicable law requires it.

24. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum necessary and the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer a purchasing account or agreement without consent; SiteFueler may transfer the business agreement as part of a lawful reorganization or sale while preserving applicable rights. Headings aid reading and do not narrow the terms.

25. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively when products, providers, laws or operations change. A material change will receive appropriate notice. The version presented and accepted for a completed transaction continues to govern that transaction unless the parties agree or mandatory law requires otherwise.
