Digital Product License

This license explains how a customer may use and adapt purchased SiteFueler templates and design components for personal and client websites without reselling or redistributing the source product.

Effective 1 Sep 2026 Save as PDF

Practical summary: one purchaser may use a product on websites the purchaser owns and on websites the purchaser builds for clients. The purchaser may modify it and charge for the completed client website. The original or modified source files may not be sold, shared, uploaded to a library, or offered as a competing template or component.

1. Products and agreement

This license applies to a SiteFueler template, section, header, footer, card, design component or other downloadable product whose listing links to this document (“Product”). The purchasing person or legal entity is the “Licensee.” The Product remains owned by Dhanush R S trading as SiteFueler or its identified licensor.

The product page, order and this license form the license agreement. A product-specific license notice controls over this general license for that Product. The Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy also apply.

2. License grant

After full payment, SiteFueler grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, use, copy as reasonably needed for backup, and modify the Product:

  • on websites owned and controlled by the Licensee; and
  • as part of completed websites created by the Licensee for its clients.

The license is perpetual for the downloaded version unless the order states a time limit or the license is terminated for material breach. Updates, re-download access and support may have separate periods.

3. Client projects

The Licensee may customize a Product and deliver the resulting website to a client. The client may use the integrated Product as part of that completed website. This does not give the client a right to extract, resell, redistribute or reuse the Product on other websites.

The Licensee must not give a client a general template library or reusable Product package. If editable source files must be transferred for practical website maintenance, they may be transferred only with the completed project and subject to written restrictions consistent with this license. The Licensee remains responsible for explaining those restrictions.

4. Permitted modifications

The Licensee may change layout, styles, colors, content, code and configuration for a permitted website. The Licensee owns its original additions but not the underlying SiteFueler Product. A modification does not turn the Product into an independently redistributable product or remove SiteFueler’s rights.

No SiteFueler attribution is required on the public website unless a product listing expressly says otherwise. The Licensee may not falsely claim authorship of the unmodified Product or remove third-party license notices that must remain.

5. Prohibited uses

The Licensee must not, directly or through another person:

  • sell, resell, redistribute, sublicense, lend, gift or share the Product as a standalone file or package;
  • upload it to a public or private template marketplace, design library, membership, repository, file-sharing service or download directory;
  • include it in a competing template, component pack, starter-site product, software-as-a-service builder or “all-access” library;
  • make it available so an end user can extract or generate substantially the same source Product;
  • share account access or download links to avoid another purchase;
  • remove copyright or required third-party notices;
  • use it in an unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious or privacy-violating project; or
  • represent SiteFueler as sponsoring or endorsing the Licensee or client without permission.

6. Number of websites and users

This license permits use by the purchasing Licensee on its own websites and its genuine client website projects; it is not a transferable multi-user asset library. Employees or contractors may access the Product only as necessary to build an authorized project for the Licensee, under confidentiality and use restrictions, and must delete working copies when their role ends.

If SiteFueler later introduces named single-site, multi-site, agency, team or extended license tiers, the purchased product page and order will state the applicable limit. A later tier change will not retroactively narrow an already-granted license.

7. Third-party materials and open-source software

A Product can incorporate or depend on WordPress, a builder, theme, plugin, font, image, icon, script or open-source component. Those elements remain subject to their own licenses and may have different permissions. The SiteFueler license applies only to rights SiteFueler is authorized to grant.

Nothing in this license restricts rights that a binding open-source license grants directly to the Licensee. Conversely, an open-source dependency does not automatically grant rights in SiteFueler’s original graphics, documentation, demo content, compilation, branding or separately licensed assets.

8. Demo content, images and fonts

Preview images, logos, product names, copy, video, fonts or stock assets are included only when the product description expressly lists them. Illustrative third-party content may need to be replaced or separately licensed before publication. The Licensee is responsible for securing rights in content it adds.

9. Updates, compatibility and support

Purchase includes the product version supplied and any updates or support expressly promised on the listing. SiteFueler does not guarantee perpetual updates, compatibility with every future WordPress, PHP, browser, theme, builder or plugin release, or custom integration support.

The Licensee must keep backups, review release notes, test updates in staging, and use supported versions. Modification can limit SiteFueler’s ability to diagnose an issue. Maintenance or bespoke adaptation may require a separate paid service.

10. No license key

SiteFueler’s launch templates and components do not use a license key. License compliance is contractual and is not removed by the technical ability to copy a file. Order and download records may be used to verify entitlement and investigate suspected distribution.

11. Intellectual-property notices and feedback

SiteFueler retains all rights not expressly granted. If the Licensee provides suggestions specifically about improving the Product, SiteFueler may use those suggestions without compensation or an obligation to implement them. This does not grant SiteFueler ownership of the Licensee’s client project or unrelated confidential material.

12. Termination

The license terminates if the Licensee materially breaches these restrictions and fails to cure a curable breach within a reasonable period after notice, or immediately where deliberate redistribution or piracy makes cure inadequate. On termination, the Licensee must stop new use and delete distributed or reusable copies under its control.

SiteFueler will consider proportional remedies for an inadvertent, promptly corrected breach. Termination does not require removal from a completed client website that was lawfully delivered before the breach unless the Product itself continues to be unlawfully distributed from that website or law requires removal.

13. Refunds and effect of refund

If SiteFueler issues a full refund, this license ends. The Licensee must cease use and delete the Product and modified copies, except for a copy retained only as necessary for a legal claim. A partial remedy will state whether the license continues.

14. Warranty and liability

The Product will materially correspond to its description at delivery, subject to the disclosed environment and ordinary setup. Other warranties and liability limits are governed by the Terms and mandatory law. The Licensee remains responsible for testing, security, accessibility, legal compliance, client content and backups on each deployed website.

15. Governing law and contact

This license is governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Competent courts in Dakshina Kannada District, Karnataka, India have jurisdiction except where non-excludable law provides another forum.
