Acceptable Use Policy

These rules protect SiteFueler, its users and third parties when accounts, tools, product downloads, tickets, comments, reviews and other interactive features are used.

1. Who must follow this policy

This policy applies to every visitor, account holder, customer, client and contributor using SiteFueler or attempting to interact with its systems. It supplements the Terms and Conditions. A violation can result in content removal, rate limiting, withheld downloads, account restriction, termination or referral to a provider or authority when appropriate.

2. Lawful use

Do not use SiteFueler to create, obtain, promote or distribute material that is illegal, fraudulent, exploitative, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, privacy-invasive or infringing. Do not request SiteFueler professional services for a project you are not legally entitled to operate.

You must comply with sanctions, export, consumer, intellectual-property, privacy, marketing and computer-misuse laws that apply to your activity. SiteFueler may decline an instruction that reasonably appears unlawful or creates disproportionate harm.

3. Security and platform integrity

Unless SiteFueler gives prior written authorization under the Responsible Security Disclosure Policy, you must not:

  • probe, scan, exploit or attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, payment, download or rate limits;
  • introduce malware, malicious code, destructive payloads or deceptive files;
  • interfere with service availability, overwhelm infrastructure or coordinate denial of service;
  • access another person’s account, order, ticket, download or private information;
  • test production systems using real-user data when a safe alternative exists;
  • hide abusive traffic, forge security evidence or knowingly trigger false alerts; or
  • publish a vulnerability before SiteFueler has a reasonable opportunity to investigate and mitigate it.

4. Accounts, payments and downloads

Do not impersonate another person, submit materially false billing information, create accounts to evade enforcement, misuse coupons, initiate fraudulent payments or chargebacks, or share credentials and signed links to avoid a purchase. Product access may be used only under the applicable Digital Product License.

5. Automated access and scraping

Ordinary search-engine indexing and reasonable accessibility or security tools are permitted. Automated collection, crawling or extraction that ignores technical controls, burdens the service, republishes substantial content, collects personal information, trains a competing product using protected material without permission, or bypasses a commercial access restriction is prohibited.

Contact us before running a high-volume integration, monitor, dataset collection or test. Permission may include rate, time, endpoint and attribution conditions.

6. Support tickets and attachments

Tickets must be relevant, accurate and respectful. Do not upload complete payment credentials, passwords, private keys, identity documents, unnecessary personal data, unlawful material, malware or a full production database unless SiteFueler has specifically requested a secure transfer and you are authorized to provide it.

Remove secrets and unrelated customer data from logs and screenshots. Use temporary least-privilege credentials when access is required and revoke them after the matter ends. Repeated harassment, duplicate tickets, threats or misuse of support can be restricted.

7. Reviews and ratings

A review should reflect the reviewer’s genuine experience with the identified product or service. Do not submit:

  • a fabricated, purchased, coerced or coordinated review;
  • multiple reviews intended to manipulate a rating;
  • an undisclosed review from an owner, employee, competitor, affiliate or financially interested person;
  • private contact, transaction or credential information;
  • unrelated promotions, affiliate links, spam or malicious code;
  • content copied without permission; or
  • abusive allegations presented as fact without a reasonable basis.

SiteFueler may verify a purchase, abbreviate a public name, add a verified-purchase label, publish an official response, request clarification, or moderate content. A negative but honest and relevant opinion will not be removed merely because it is critical.

8. Blog comments and community content

Comments should contribute to the topic. We may edit formatting or remove spam, personal attacks, hate, unlawful content, deceptive advice, excessive self-promotion, copied content and personal information. A contributor is responsible for having permission to publish submitted material.

Public content may be indexed and copied by others. Never treat a public comment or review as a confidential support channel.

9. Intellectual property

Do not upload, reproduce or distribute material you do not own or have permission to use. A Product may be adapted only within its license. Reports of suspected infringement are handled under the Copyright and Takedown Policy.

10. Privacy and communications

Do not harvest SiteFueler user data, send unsolicited messages, disclose private ticket content, or use contact details for marketing without appropriate permission. Marketing through email or WhatsApp must honor consent, opt-outs and applicable law.

11. Enforcement process

SiteFueler may consider severity, intent, harm, history, legal duties and whether a violation can be corrected. Possible actions include a warning, requested edit, content removal, temporary restriction, refund refusal where abuse is proven, account termination, preservation of evidence and disclosure to providers or authorities.

We may act immediately where delay risks security, illegal activity, personal safety, fraud or loss of evidence. Where appropriate, an affected person can ask admin@sitefueler.com for a review and provide relevant context.

12. Reporting misuse

Report suspected abuse to admin@sitefueler.com. Include the relevant URL, account or order reference, description, date and non-sensitive evidence. Do not put yourself or another person at risk to collect evidence.
