1. Requests you can make
- Access: confirm whether SiteFueler processes your personal information and obtain applicable details or a copy.
- Correction: correct inaccurate or incomplete account information.
- Deletion: delete or anonymize eligible information and close the account if requested.
- Portability: receive certain information in a structured form where applicable.
- Consent withdrawal or objection: stop optional analytics, promotional messages or another consent-based use prospectively.
- Marketing opt-out: stop newsletters or promotional WhatsApp communications.
- Privacy grievance: raise a concern about SiteFueler’s handling of personal information.
- Appeal: ask for review of a privacy-request decision where applicable law provides that right.
2. Fastest routes
A signed-in user should use the privacy feature in My Account because the authenticated session helps prevent another person from requesting account data. For an account correction, first check whether the profile field can be updated directly. Use an unsubscribe link for promotional email and reply “STOP” or use the stated opt-out for WhatsApp marketing.
If you cannot sign in, email admin@sitefueler.com from the address connected to the account. Do not send passwords, full payment credentials, private keys or unnecessary identity documents.
3. Submit a request
Choose the route you can access:
Use My Account
Submit the available privacy request from your authenticated account. This is normally the fastest route because the account helps verify your identity.
Open My AccountEmail the Privacy Contact
Write from the address connected to the account and describe whether you need access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, an appeal or grievance.
Email admin@sitefueler.comProject-specific terms matter: SiteFueler does not begin custom work from a generic website checkout. Scope, price, timing, deliverables, revisions and assumptions are agreed first in a proposal, quotation, email approval or statement of work.
4. Identity verification
SiteFueler must ensure that access or deletion is requested by the correct person. Verification may use a signed-in session, confirmation link sent to the account email, order information, or limited additional evidence proportionate to the request. We will not ask for more identity data than reasonably necessary.
If adequate verification is not possible, we may ask for clarification or decline to disclose or delete protected information. Verification material is used for the request and retained only as necessary to demonstrate proper handling.
5. Authorized representatives and guardians
An authorized representative must identify the person concerned and demonstrate authority to act. We may confirm directly with the individual unless law says otherwise. A parent or legal guardian requesting information concerning a person under 18 must provide proportionate evidence of the relationship and authority.
6. What an access export may include
Subject to applicable law and the verified account, an export can include profile data, orders, product items, payment references, invoices, tickets, attachment metadata, downloads, coupons, email delivery logs, activity records, analytics records, reviews and review reports. We may redact another person’s information, security secrets, confidential business information and material protected by law.
7. What deletion means
Eligible account/profile data may be deleted or anonymized. SiteFueler may retain records needed for payment, tax, accounting, invoices, fraud prevention, chargebacks, security, download entitlement, legal claims and compliance. Order and invoice identity may be restricted rather than erased where recordkeeping law applies.
Support identities may be anonymized while ticket text is retained for legitimate history or disputes. Support attachments are normally deleted within 180 days after ticket closure and may be deleted earlier on request where no exception applies. Backups expire through their ordinary protected rotation.
8. Response timing and status
We will acknowledge a valid request and respond within the time required by applicable law. As an operational target, SiteFueler aims to complete ordinary verified requests within 30 days. A complex or high-volume request can require a lawful extension; if so, we will explain the reason and expected timing.
Requests submitted through My Account or email receive an acknowledgment, and a request reference is provided where the request system generates one. Keep that reference or the email thread for follow-up. A request is normally free, although manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive requests may be handled as permitted by law.
9. Refusals, exceptions and appeals
If SiteFueler cannot fully honor a request, we will explain the applicable reason where permitted. Reasons can include inability to verify identity, another person’s rights, legal privilege, security, freedom of expression, tax/accounting retention, fraud prevention, contract enforcement or a pending dispute.
To challenge a decision, reply to the response or email admin@sitefueler.com with “Privacy Appeal” and the request reference. You may also complain to a competent privacy or consumer authority where applicable.
10. Cookie and communication choices
Use the live cookie-settings control for analytics, advertising and optional embeds. Unsubscribe links control promotional email. Transactional verification, receipt, security and support messages continue while needed for the requested service. See the Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.
