1. What an affiliate link is
An affiliate link contains a referral identifier. If you follow it and purchase or complete another qualifying action, the external provider may pay SiteFueler a commission or other benefit. This generally does not increase the price you pay, although the external provider controls its own pricing.
2. How we label relationships
A page, article, comparison, email, video description or social post containing affiliate links will use a clear disclosure close to the recommendation or before the first link. Common labels include “Affiliate link,” “SiteFueler may earn a commission,” “Sponsored,” “Advertisement” or “Product access provided by the developer.” A general footer notice does not replace a clear page-level disclosure.
3. Sponsorships, advertising and free products
Paid placements will be identified as advertisements or sponsorships. If a provider supplies free or discounted access, a review unit, hosting, travel or another material benefit, we will disclose that relationship when it could affect how a reasonable reader evaluates the content.
Receiving access does not guarantee positive coverage. Where a sponsor reviews content before publication, editorial control or approval rights will be disclosed if material.
4. Editorial approach
We aim to distinguish observed facts, opinion, provider claims and paid promotion. Recommendations consider relevance to the audience, capability, limitations, support, documentation, pricing and practical experience where available. A commercial relationship may influence which products can economically be covered, but it does not convert a recommendation into a guarantee.
5. Your responsibility
Evaluate whether an external product fits your requirements, budget, jurisdiction, privacy needs and technical environment. Prices, features, licenses and refund rules can change. Confirm current information with the seller before purchasing. SiteFueler is not the seller of a product purchased from an external merchant unless the checkout clearly identifies SiteFueler as the seller.
6. Tracking and privacy
An affiliate destination may receive the referral URL, IP address, device data and cookies needed to attribute a transaction. Optional advertising or cross-site tracking on SiteFueler will follow applicable cookie choices. The destination’s own privacy and cookie policies apply after you leave SiteFueler. See our Cookie Policy.
7. Corrections and conflicts
If you believe a commercial relationship was not clearly disclosed or a recommendation contains a material error, contact us. We may correct, relabel or update the content and will preserve editorial corrections where appropriate.
