Website, Tools and Content Disclaimer

SiteFueler aims to make WordPress work clearer and safer, but tutorials, tools, generated output, reviews and examples cannot replace testing, professional judgment or requirements specific to your website.

1. General information, not individualized advice

Articles, tutorials, comparisons, snippets, documentation and free-tool output are provided for general educational and practical information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice. A general example cannot account for your contracts, laws, users, industry, infrastructure, risk tolerance or business objectives.

No public page or free-tool interaction creates a professional-client, fiduciary or advisory relationship. A paid SiteFueler project is limited to the scope expressly agreed.

2. Test before production

WordPress behavior depends on core, PHP, server, theme, builder, plugin, browser, caching, CDN, database and content conditions. Back up your website and database, use staging, review generated code, scan downloads, confirm licenses and test important user journeys before production deployment.

You are responsible for checking that output is complete, valid and appropriate. Do not paste code into a production site when you do not understand its effect or lack a recovery path.

3. Browser-based tools

SiteFueler tools can generate themes, configuration, CSS values, responsive sizes, palettes, contrast results, screenshots, ZIP files or other output from your input. Processing is designed to occur locally in your browser. Local processing improves privacy but does not guarantee the output is correct, secure, accessible, compatible or legally compliant.

Browser limitations, memory, file structure, malformed inputs, software versions and implementation choices can affect results. Keep your own copy of source input and verify exported files independently.

4. Code snippets and downloads

Code is supplied for the environment described, if any. It can conflict with later updates or customizations. SiteFueler does not guarantee that a snippet is free from every defect or appropriate for handling sensitive data, high traffic, payments, regulated records or security-critical functions. Remove unused code and keep dependencies patched.

5. SEO and business results

No tutorial, audit or service can guarantee ranking, indexing, AI-search visibility, traffic, conversions, revenue, approval by an advertising platform or a particular search-engine treatment. Search engines and user behavior change independently. Examples and past results are not promises of future results.

6. Performance and Core Web Vitals

Performance measurements vary with device, network, geography, traffic, content, cache state, third-party scripts and laboratory methodology. A score observed during development can change. A SiteFueler optimization is not a guarantee of a permanent score or of passing every field-data threshold.

7. Security

Security reviews, hardening, backups, malware cleanup and monitoring reduce risk but cannot promise that a website is invulnerable, continuously available or recoverable in every event. Strong credentials, least privilege, updates, independent backups, incident planning and ongoing monitoring remain necessary. A security tool result is not a penetration-test certification unless expressly stated.

8. Accessibility

Contrast checks, semantic guidance, keyboard testing and accessibility reviews can identify and reduce barriers. They do not by themselves establish conformance with every WCAG success criterion or legal requirement. Accessibility depends on the completed website, ongoing content, third-party components, authoring practices and user testing. SiteFueler will not claim certification unless the scope and evidence support it.

9. Legal and policy templates

Any example legal language, checklist or policy UI is general drafting assistance and is not legal advice. Laws differ by entity, region, user group, product and actual data practice. A business should verify that its published documents match its systems and obtain qualified legal review where appropriate.

10. Third-party products and links

WordPress, hosting companies, themes, plugins, APIs, payment processors, videos and linked websites are controlled by their providers. SiteFueler does not promise their availability, continued compatibility, accuracy, security, price or terms. A link, mention or tutorial is not necessarily an endorsement.

Some links may be affiliate links. A commission relationship will be disclosed and is governed by the Affiliate Disclosure.

11. Reviews, testimonials and examples

Reviews and testimonials describe individual experiences and are not typical-result guarantees. We may verify purchase status and moderate content but cannot independently verify every subjective statement. Screenshots, names and sample data can be illustrative.

12. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep content useful and correct but it can become outdated, contain an error or be unavailable during maintenance or an incident. Publication date and update history should be considered. Contact us if you identify a specific error.

13. Mandatory rights

This Disclaimer does not exclude an express product promise, agreed professional-service obligation, fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability and consumer remedies that applicable law does not permit SiteFueler to exclude.
