Conformance position: SiteFueler targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable. This is a commitment and technical target, not a claim that every page, third-party component or user contribution has been formally certified as fully conformant.

1. Our commitment

We aim to provide clear structure, keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, scalable text, understandable forms and alternatives for meaningful non-text content. Accessibility is an ongoing product-quality responsibility, not a one-time statement.

2. Technical target

Our development target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA for content and functions controlled by SiteFueler, where reasonably applicable. We also consider semantic HTML, ARIA only when needed, reduced-motion preferences, responsive zoom, screen-reader labeling and error recovery.

A target is not a certification. Content, browser, assistive technology and third-party integrations can affect the experience.

3. Measures used on SiteFueler

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, lists and data-table headers;
  • skip links and keyboard-operable navigation;
  • visible focus treatment and color choices designed for readable contrast;
  • responsive layouts that do not require a desktop screen;
  • support for reduced-motion preferences;
  • print-friendly legal content; and
  • important content presented as text rather than only through images or scripting.

4. Expected limitations

Potential limitations can include embedded YouTube players, third-party payment or social-login interfaces, external documents, user-submitted comments, older article media, complex code examples and content supplied by affiliates or clients. We will use accessible configurations and alternatives where available but do not control every external interface.

Generated results from a tool—such as a color ratio or responsive value—assist evaluation but do not prove an entire website conforms.

5. Requesting an accessible alternative

If a page, download, form or support channel creates a barrier, contact us and identify the URL, task, browser/device, assistive technology if relevant, and preferred alternative. You are not required to disclose a diagnosis. We may provide the information in another reasonable format or assist through email, a scheduled call or another suitable method.

6. Feedback and response

Email help@sitefueler.com with “Accessibility feedback” in the subject. We aim to acknowledge feedback within 3 business days, assess a reported barrier, and communicate a remediation plan or available alternative. Timing depends on severity, complexity and third-party control.

7. Continuous improvement

We test representative public content, navigation, account, checkout, download, support, privacy and cookie-consent flows using keyboard and mobile layouts. We prioritize barriers that block purchasing, account access, privacy rights or support and update this statement after material accessibility reviews.
